Colombian midfielder James Rodriguez Revealed that he was ready to return to football with Everton again after just moving out of the team during the past summer.
The 30-year-old star moved out of Goodison. Park in September, playing with Al-Rayyan, a club in Qatar. After only playing for the ufabet club this season, he has 6 goals and 9 assists in 26 games for the club.
From the change of manager to Frank Lampard at present, James is ready to return to work with the old team again if desired.
“I don’t know either, it might be possible. Why not?” James said on his Twitter account.
“If they want I’m ready to open up to that. The point is, do they want it? I didn’t have any problems there. I did well before.”
As for his career with Al-Rayyan, he has played 14 games, scoring 5 goals and providing 6 assists.
Everton has been a club of drastic change over the past few months. In the dugout, Carlo Ancelotti upped sticks after getting a call from Real Madrid last summer, Rafa Benitez did not last long as his replacement, and Frank Lampard has now been given another chance in Premier League management.
Somewhere in that mess, Rodriguez also made way when Qatari side Al Rayyan came calling back in September. The 30-year-old had shown his quality in brief flashes on Merseyside, with the occasional magic touch demonstrating to Everton fans why he had enjoyed stints with Bayern Munich and Los Blancos among others
